Give HIV the finger- a finger prick is all it takes

HIV testing is as easy as a finger prick, and the benefits are huge.

National HIV Testing Week runs from 19 to 25 November 2018.

HIV testing is crucial. 1 in 8 people don’t know that they have HIV. Late diagnosis leads to a tenfold increase of death within one year. Testing helps identify those who are undiagnosed and avoids late diagnosis and transmission to others. People who are diagnosed early have a normal life expectancy.

Our sexual health specialists will be in Walthamstow Townsquare this Thursday 22 November 2018 offering free tests for HIV and other STIs.

Visit https://alleast.nhs.uk/ to book a test or order a test home. See below for information about our testing activities throughout HIV testing week and details of sexual health services in the borough.
