Stoptober is back with a quit that’s right for you!

The council is backing Stoptober and calling on our residents to take part in the 28-day Stoptober challenge to quit smoking for 28 days this October.

The best way to quit is with expert help from a local service. Your own Personal Quit Plan will also help you find the support that is right for you based on your level of dependency and support you have previously used.
