Get help with using the internet
If you feel you need help to use the internet, then you’re not alone. One in nine people in the borough don’t have access to the internet, or don’t know how to use it.
We think that everybody in Waltham Forest should have access to the internet and feel confident enough to use it.
That’s why the London Borough of Waltham Forest have put together a lots of different ways of helping you get online.
This includes a team of volunteers across the borough who can teach you to use the internet with more confidence. Our Digital Champions help organise free learning events in your local area such as library drop-in sessions or one-to-one coaching.
