From balance, coordination and flexibility, to strength, stamina and speed, you'll practice the basic components of fitness in a fun and challenging weekly session, with a group of others, making the commitment to get fit in 2019!

What you will get:

Weekly one hour class designed to cover the core components of fitness.

Access to private Facebook group where we can share ideas, tips and motivation on fitness and healthy living, so we stay accountable and on track to meeting our goals.
