Change 100 brings together the UK’s top employers and talented disabled students and graduates to offer three months of paid work experience.
Since its launch in 2014, Change 100 has partnered with over 90 employers across the UK to host interns including Barclays, the BBC, Skanska, Lloyds and Taylor Wimpey.
Change 100 aims to broaden the public’s understanding of what disability is, as well as highlight the fact many disabled students are talented, ambitious, and would thrive in all business sectors.
Change 100 is a programme of paid summer internships, professional development and mentoring. We’re looking for talented students and graduates with disabilities or long-term health conditions — including physical, visual or hearing impairments, mental health conditions and learning disabilities and difficulties like dyslexia and dyspraxia.
To apply to Change 100, you must:
- Be eligible to work in the UK for a summer
- Consider yourself to have a disability or long-term health condition
- Be predicted or have achieved at least a 2:1 (or have mitigating circumstances you can detail around a lower grade)
- Be in your penultimate or final year of study, or graduated in 2017 or 2018
If that’s you, join Change 100 and unlock your potential. It’s three months of paid work experience to kickstart your career!
