I believe children are a gift to be nurtured, loved and cherished. All children should benefit from high quality care and education in order to develop. As a qualified and registered Childminder, I am able to offer families:

· A quality childminding service with flexibility to suit individual requirements.

· A warm, caring, happy and stimulating environment where each child feels safe and secure.

· A wealth of learning opportunities for each child in my care by working within the EYFS Guidelines in order to promote their development.

I work in partnership with parents and do my best to provide a normal daily routine to incorporate what a child would ordinarily encounter with their parents/carers.

I have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren aged 2 to 10 years. All this has provided me with strong skills in childcare and I feel very comfortable and competent caring for children of all ages

I am a qualified first aider with CRB check and have been successfully health checked by my doctor. I am a member of PACEY and also belong to Waltham Forest's Child-minding list. I have completed Food Safety and Health & Safety in the workplace courses.

I am within close walking distance of local children’s centres, libraries, parks, places of worship, local shops and much more. I take and collect children from Chapel End School (Junior, Infants and Early Years)

As a working mother myself, I understand how difficult it can be to leave your child in the hands of someone else. I hope to make this transition a little easier for you and your child. I fully understand the importance of learning through play and appreciate that each child is unique. What one child enjoys, another may not. I believe that children should be treated with respect and that they learn from positive role models.
