Freshfields offers you a place to be listened to in a confidential and non-judgemental way. We use our skills to help you reflect on your life and relationships, enabling you to make informed choices.
Our service is open to all peoples irrespective of race, faith, physical impairment, gender, sexual orientation or age.
We see adults, couples, and adolescents.
We cover a wide range of issues, including relationship issues, family breakdown, bereavement, addictions, anxiety, OCD, trauma, abuse, rape, low self esteem, anger, depression, fears and stress.
